1)Accuracy of Content
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor’s resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
2)Return / Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority goods are exchangeable in 7 days. However the products that are stitched cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of exchange, both way shipment charges are to be borne by the customer.
3)Fabric Quality
It is our utmost endeavor to sell the best quality fabrics made by the renowned mills. But at times, clothes after washing, give a fibrous, unfinished look which is due largely to the defective washing and sub-standard detergents. It has been observed that sometimes Japanese and Pakistani clothes gave a shaggy, uneven look whenever washed at home. The same clothes washed by dry cleaners were found to have a perfect finish.
4)Washing Instructions
– Wash Colored items separately in warm (40°C) water with mild soap or detergent.
– Use plenty of water.
– After rinsing, squeeze fabrics and dry away from direct sun.
– Do not use bleach or stain removing chemicals.
– For Chiffon Suits, Party wears and Bridal wears – Strictly Dry Clean only.
5)International – Customs
In most cases, there are no any additional custom charges, duty charges or taxes on small parcels upto 15kg but since customs policies vary widely from country to country, any extra clearance charges (if any) must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
6)Privacy Policy
We follow a confidential order and shipping procedure in which your personal data is solely used for a secured and straightforward order and shipping process. Furthermore, your personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality.
7)Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
